I am so glad I purchased this pet cave. I was so scared that my dog would not want to use it. However, this has become his favorite spot. It’s his den and he loves running into it. He hides his toys in there and enjoys the safe space for him to retreat to. It’s so nice that we can roll it up and take it with us to go. That way he can always have his little den wherever we go!

I found the quality of the product to be exactly as expected, but the pet cave was just too small for my dog, Ron, to get in, do his circling and lay down. I inquired about exchanging for the next size up and found the customer service to be outstanding. The process was simple and quick. Ron appears to be quite fond of his new hideout.
