Domestic Shipping

Orders over $99.95 qualify for free standard shipping via USPS.
Flat shipping under $99.95 is $10.99.

Orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow up to 2 business days for processing before your order ships out.

Once shipped, USPS transit times may vary. While most packages arrive within 3–5 business days, occasional delays can occur, especially during peak seasons.

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

If a shipment is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

All shipping, customs, and insurance fees are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer.

International Shipping

We use USPS for international shipping to help minimize customs fees, but delivery may be slower than other carriers.

International orders ship at a flat rate of $75.00 (or $48.00 for Canada), and duties or taxes are included. If a package is returned due to unpaid fees or refusal, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs or will receive a refund minus original shipping and a restocking fee.

Returns

We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and clean. Items that are damaged or soiled are not eligible for a refund.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless product is defective. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking capability.

Please allow up to 1 week from when the return is received for a refund to be initiated. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiate a return at our Returns Center:

1. Log in by entering the same email you used to place your order (this does not require you to have set up an account with us previously).You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email to log in.

2. Select the order that contains the item you would like to return. Select all items you'd like to return.

3. Select a return reason and click Request Return.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. If you choose to use the label, the fee for the label will be deducted from your refund. Feel free to obtain your own label! Once the return is received and processed, your refund will be initiated. Please allow some time for the funds to return to your original form of payment.
