Domestic Shipping

Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.
Shipping rates for orders under $100 are calculated at checkout.

Orders placed will be fulfilled Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow 2 days for processing time before your order ships out.

Please double-check all information entered is correct. We are not responsible for items delivered to an incorrect shipping addresses. If a shipment is returned to us for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the cost to re-ship. All shipping, customs and insurance costs are non-refundable, and are at the expense of the customer.

International Shipping

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please note that it does not include customs and duties. You are responsible for the duties and taxes that are required within your country upon delivery.

Shipment Refusal: If your package gets returned due to unpaid duties or shipment refusal, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to send it back to you. If you would like to initiate a refund instead, you will be issued a refund minus the shipping cost and restocking fee.

Returns

We accept returns on items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn and clean. Items that are damaged or soiled are not eligible for a refund.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost, unless product is defective. We are not responsible for any returned packages not received, we recommend using a carrier that provides tracking capability.

Please allow up to 1 week from when the return is received for a refund to be initiated. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Initiate a return at our Returns Center:

1. Log in by entering the same email you used to place your order (this does not require you to have set up an account with us previously).You will receive a 6-digit verification code via email to log in.

2. Select the order that contains the item you would like to return. Select all items you'd like to return.

3. Select a return reason and click Request Return.

If your request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. If you choose to use the label, the fee for the label will be deducted from your refund. Feel free to obtain your own label! Once the return is received and processed, your refund will be initiated. Please allow some time for the funds to return to your original form of payment.
