My minibernedoodle is in love with this one 🐶
I found the quality of the product to be exactly as expected, but the pet cave was just too small for my dog, Ron, to get in, do his circling and lay down. I inquired about exchanging for the next size up and found the customer service to be outstanding. The process was simple and quick. Ron appears to be quite fond of his new hideout.

Very nicely made
Bought a large size, looks like a small/medium size. I guess the brand's large size is not exactly large. Thought it'd be taller and wider, inside. It's nice and it fits my 13 lb pup fine, but thought it'd be bigger than this.
